National Association of Insurance Adjusters (NAIA) is an All-Russian non-profit organization consisting of independent loss adjustment companies. 

  
The Association’s top priority is the formation and development of a civilized market of independent insurance experts, therefore, NAIA has assumed an active role in solving a wide range of organizational, legal and educational issues. The Association coordinates the activities of member firms specializing in loss adjustment and survey, formulates and rolls out standards and regulations for business activities of its members, initiates and implements programmes to develop loss adjustment as a branch of the insurance business, and acts in a representative capacity in Russia and overseas.
 
The National Association of Insurance Adjusters was established in 2010 by a group of leading independent loss adjusters, and now it comprises Russia’s major loss adjustment companies.
